Our team at Gillman Subaru Southwest is always happy to engage with the local Houston community and contribute to charity events, much like the Subaru brand commits to with their Share the Love events. With Thanksgiving just now behind us and another holiday season ahead, the time is just right for the Houston SPCA's 6th Annual iWalk for Animals Event. That's right, it's time again for another extraordinary event with our friends, family and furry companions, next Saturday, December 3rd at Memorial Park from 8-11:30 am.
Activities for this event include a 5K Canine Caper, which begins at 9:15 am, and a 1K Pup Strut, which begins shortly after at 9:30 am. In addition to these exciting races, there will also be plenty of incredible food vendors, live music, and pet-focused costume contests! As the bandana sponsor for the event, all dogs will be given a bandana to wear for the walk with our logo on it. We'll also have a few model from our new inventory on deck for any eager drivers that want to take a look. This event is surely to be as fun-filled and exciting as its predecessors, you certainly won't want to miss out. We hope to see you next weekend at the Memorial Park Picnic Loop, bright and early at 8 am!
