It is difficult to imagine a Big Event that turned out bigger than last year’s Big Event 6. But Big Event 7 was bigger in every way!
Excitement. Fun. Enthusiasm. Subaru LOVE, loyalty and pride of ownership.
Those words describe the crowd’s experience at this landmark happening.
Many hundreds of very geared-up Subaru and automotive enthusiasts turned out to participate in what has become a major event on every Houston-area Car Guy and Car Gal’s annual calendar. The fans came in droves to take in a huge showing of modified and stock Subarus, get their hands on performance and appearance-enhancing accessories, meet Subaru race/rally drivers and see a super-fast Subaru rally car.
Happy attendees also found fun for the whole family. There were two performances of Cirque La Vie, bungee jumping, rock climbing, hoop shooting, and autograph signing by Subaru factory drivers Bucky Lasek, Sverre Isachsen, Craig Drew and David Higgins. Plus lots more to watch, do and appreciate. The weather was perfect and it was the right crowd with no crowding. Three great food trucks dished out hot dogs, hamburgers and other goodies. A DJ team kept high energy music flowing which set a mood that helped the crowd enjoy itself.
